Countdown to 10K - Getting back on track
Just in case some of you don’t know, I fell down the stairs last month and hurt my ribs, knee, and elbow. It took me a while to heal and as a result, my training stopped.
I tried to start back up last week but my body just wasn’t having it and I took a break.
I’m planning to get back to it tomorrow but I wanted to update you all on what’s going on. It hasn’t been easy and it’s going to take a while before it gets easier but I can’t give up on myself.
